Group Therapy & Group Experiences

Experiences in a group, particularly with Tibetan Singing Bowls are common and effective. Groups of 2 to 20 benefit by holding individual and or group intention to bring about positive change and growth. Clients typically lie down or sit in chairs comfortably in a circle near the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Bowls are struck in a deliberate fashion and are played on or near group individuals. Group relaxation and meditation can last from 20 -60 minutes with possible sharing and discussion following meditation.


Benefits are varied and may include relaxation and stress reduction, and alleviation of symptoms such as pain, tension, anxiety and depression. Group members may report increased awareness and energy, and an overall sense of well-being.
